The delivery times are expected delivery times and varies from country to country. The times are approximately indications.
At Homeyness you have 14 days right of return according to The Danish Consumer Protection Act. The revocation time limit.
When the product is returned and the right of revocation is utilised, this can only happen in the case that the product is returned in the same state and number when you received it. You can of course unpack the product but not use it. The right of revocation will no longer apply if you use the product in a way where it is obviously that the use reduces the sales value of the product.
DAMAGED PACKAGING CAN IN SOME CASES MEAN THAT THE SALES VALUE OF THE PRODUCT IS REDUCED AND THEREFORE THE RIGHT OF REVOCATION CANNOT BE UTILISED.
You can regret the purchase by refusing to receive the product, by handing over the product to the postal service or you can by prior agreement also appear at our address and there return the product and regret the purchase.

When you return the product you must state name, address, invoice number and account number. When you regret the purchase the purchase price will be reimbursed to you by sending back the money to your bank/card. This will happen when we have received the product back and checked that it meets the conditions that the right of revocation can be utilised.
When you shop at Homeyness you have 2 years right of complaint. We judge the right of complaint from case to case and take a look if the defect is caused because of wrong use of the product or other damaging behavior.
The complaint has to be made within reasonable time after you have discovered the products defect. If the complaint is made within two months of discovering the flaw the complaint will be in time.
We refund reasonable freight costs that you should have in connection with returning of the product in the case that the complaint is just.
When you wish to complain over a product you can either return the product or appear at our address after prior agreement. You should always contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org before you send a product back in connection with a complaint. The product should be returned to:

When you return the product you should state misdescription, name, invoice number and account number. Please note that we do not receive packages via cash on delivery or similar. Remember that the product should always be sent in safe packaging and get a receipt for the shipment charges so we can refund your freight charges.
